Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA, and Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA, are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/EVS to join our environmental services team. Responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, handling infection control procedures, and maintaining patient and public areas with attention to safety and quality standards.

This full-time position may require float between facilities to support operational needs, with orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Ø Previous Housekeeping Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses proper chemicals and dilution ratios for each job and uses appropriate equipment.
• Follows daily cleaning schedules for patient rooms, restrooms, and staff areas.
• Adheres to infection waste procedures and sharps disposal guidelines.
• Respects safety policies and performs cleaning of patient and non-patient areas.
• Responds to pages promptly and maintains a clean, organized cart.
• Cleans floors, carpets, and surfaces to meet department standards.
