Legacy Staffing partnered with a world-class hospital system in Cleveland, OH to hire experienced EVS (housekeeping) & Floor Care staff on first and second shifts. Pay starts at $15/hour, based on experience and skill level, with weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities across Ohio.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment, responding to service needs, and upholding health, safety, and company standards during daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available every other weekend and holidays.
• Willing to obtain a TB test and flu shot during onboarding.
• Floor Tech experience or proven working experience in a related field.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Collect trash throughout hospital and manage trash chutes.
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms.
• Maintain equipment in good working order.
• Report shortages, damages, or security issues.
• Handle guest complaints or requests and inform others when required.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
