Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in environmental services or related field.
• Carpet tech/floor tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common, ancillary and public areas as directed.
• Perform floor care: stripping, waxing, scrubbing and recoating.
• Shampoo and extract carpets; bonnet buffing; vacuuming; move furniture as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow chemical usage guidelines.
• Restock supplies and maintain orderly spaces.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and visitors; adhere to safety policies.
