Qualifications

• 6+ months of cleaning or floor tech experience.
• Experience with carpet and hard-surface care preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical mixing and safety is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Removes trash to designated area and recyclables to appropriate site.
• Sanitizes environmental surfaces in assigned areas.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Dusts, vacuums, dust-mops, and wet-mops floors and surfaces.
• Performs carpet and hard floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Operates rotos, extractors, vacuums, and floor machines safely.
• Maintains equipment and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Communicates professionally with residents, staff, and visitors.
