Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple facilities in the district.
• Regular visits to facilities to coach managers and provide feedback for development.
• Maintain client satisfaction and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Train staff in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures; supervise ES Directors and Supervisors.
• Forecast supply needs and manage inventories; monitor district performance against goals.
