HHS is seeking a driven leader to head the hospital housekeeping department at Iredell Memorial Hospital in Statesville, NC. You will guide a team to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients while delivering service excellence.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive quality improvements in coordination with hospital leadership. Relocation may be required for career advancement.

Competenze

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
