Job summary

HHS, LLC is seeking a friendly, compassionate housekeeping leader to join Mercy Hospital South. You will help manage a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department, fostering a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients.

No housekeeping experience required, just a willingness to learn and lead a team. As a salaried manager, you will oversee training, scheduling, inspections, and performance coaching, partnering with hospital staff to meet budgets and compliance while supporting staff

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Experience managing a team (big plus).
• Experience working in a healthcare environment (big plus).
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish (big plus).
