Job summary

HHS is seeking a proactive leader to guide a Florida-based team, promoting morale, quality, and respect while driving customer and patient satisfaction. You will oversee recruiting, training, and assignments, coach team members, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, budget and quality control management, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Relocation may be required for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
