Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our hospital housekeeping team at Christus St. Michael Hospital. You will help guide a goal-oriented department to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients.

No housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn and lead by example. You will oversee training, schedules, and daily inspections while collaborating with leadership to meet budget and compliance goals.

Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team! Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

• Not Required But a Big Plus Experience managing a team
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
