Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems (HHS) is seeking a disciplined leader to run a hospital housekeeping department. You and your team will create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients while driving morale and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, inspections, data-driven adjustments, and budget compliance. A flexible schedule and relocation opportunities are part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
