Servicon Systems, Inc. in Downey, CA is seeking a part-time Housekeeper I to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas in healthcare-related facilities. You will follow established practices to meet quality and safety standards and may interact with clients.

The role requires 1+ year custodial experience (healthcare preferred) and fluency in English. We offer a hybrid work environment, competitive pay, and benefits to support a healthy, safe environment for patients and staff.

• 1+ years custodial experience is a plus.
• Healthcare cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles and remove waste to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas; sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces; damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

The Role

Directly responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards of quality and safety. May require frequent interaction with client.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

What It Takes To Be Successful

• 1+ years of custodial experience a plus
• Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred
• Must be fluent in English language
