Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Campus Operations - EVS to lead Environmental Services across first and second shifts, including contracted partners. You will set standards, coach teams, and ensure a clean, safe campus that supports patient and staff wellbeing.

You’ll plan staffing, monitor performance, address issues, and drive improvements across the campus operations team, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to analyze data and sustain service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of direct leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop EVS Partners across first- and second-shift operations.
• Plan staffing, shift handoffs and event coverage to ensure reliable service.
• Monitor quality, safety practices and service standards campus-wide.
• Coordinate the contracted cleaning company and document recurring issues.
• Review work orders and feedback to drive continuous service improvements.
