Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking an EVS Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across the property. The role supports guest satisfaction and property presentation by delivering consistent environmental services on all shifts.

The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a tribal-owned enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a resort or casino environment strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and appropriate usage.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Lincoln.
• Vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces in assigned areas.
• Maintain tidy hallways, staircases, and floor landings.
• Clean restrooms and stock supplies as needed.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and care for glass surfaces.
• Restock and service restrooms on schedule and as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness standards meet 5-star expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The EVS Attendant I is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas throughout the property. This role ensures all spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained in accordance with established standards. The position supports guest satisfaction and property presentation by providing consistent, high-quality environmental services across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Lincoln

• Vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces throughout assigned areas

• Maintain tidy and clean hallways, staircases, and floor landings

• Clean restrooms, including mopping, vacuuming, and broom/pan duties

• Stock and sort supplies as needed

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, shining, and caring for glass surfaces

• Clean administrative offices and conference rooms

• Restock and service restrooms on scheduled and as‑needed basis

• Clean stains and spills on flooring and carpets when they occur

• Safely deliver lost and found items to designated locations

• Ensure all cleanliness standards meet 5-star expectations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Schedule

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
