Job Description

Ensures that the front and back of house areas are spotless, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing for guests, while serving as an information and service ambassador for the company.

  • Performs all duties and tasks with courtesy and enthusiasm, adding to the overall environment of fun and excitement for guests.
  • Deep cleans, vacuums, polishes, and details specific areas of the building during the assigned shift.
  • Removes debris and trash from areas to keep the physical property, including exterior areas such as the parking lot, in spotless condition.
  • Monitors and troubleshoots the physical condition of carpeting, upholstery, furnishings, and equipment in assigned areas, and reports items in need of repair.
  • Uses only designated cleaning products supplied by management.
  • Provides customers with information relating to player cards, marketing events, gaming products, hours of operation, and other services and amenities.
  • Able to discern above standard versus below standard guest service conditions and react appropriately.
  • Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines. Use only approved cleaning tools and materials.
  • Proactively recognizes opportunities for an improved guest experience and executes or makes suggestions to management.
  • Acts as a service liaison with other departments, and contacts the appropriate team member/job classification to assist customers with various service needs on the casino floor.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of all Company facilities, as well as marketing promotions and events, and is prepared to answer guests' questions accordingly.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to document and articulate information clearly.
  • Ability to learn and communicate a variety of information regarding casino products and services.
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push, and pull during an 8-hour shift.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
