Job Duties

• Circulate the facility with pan and broom, sweeping tickets/trash from the floor, collecting trash/tickets from countertops, and trash from tables.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum all areas of the facility, including special cleaning as required.
• Remove and recycle trash.
• Perform routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Maintain floor cleanliness.
• Communicate inventory supply status to management.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Operate dish machine.
• Report security, environmental, health and safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Promote superior guest service.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
