Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the environmental services team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, and supplies.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety, and infection control measures.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and facility management about needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including PPE usage.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
