• Strong financial acumen and cross-functional leadership across commercial and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Technology Solutions P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead Product Management, Software Engineering, and Client Success with a team of senior leaders.
• Set strategic direction, budgets, and long-range plans; allocate resources and investments.
• Drive customer outcomes, retention, and expansion through partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
• Ensure product investments align with customer value, market demand, and financial return.
