Job summary

Trustpoint.One is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead the Talent Division, overseeing temporary staffing and direct hire across the United States. This remote role reports to the CRO and guides a 10+ person team, driving growth, client relationships, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive staffing or talent acquisition leadership.
• Experience leading national recruiting teams.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM.
• Executive leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of commissioned recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coach recruiters via weekly 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
• Review division financials monthly: revenue, forecasts, pipeline, and KPIs.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery excellence for clients.
