For our client, we are seeking a EVP, Post Production to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This executive will oversee post-production strategy and operations across film projects, ensuring creative intent is supported by efficient workflows, strong budgeting discipline, and timely delivery. The role will partner closely with production, creative, and technical leaders to align resources, security, and asset management across multiple stages of the filmmaking process. It is well suited for a hands‑on leader who can guide teams, solve complex operational challenges, and drive excellence in a fast‑paced studio environment.

Location: Culver City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $487,610 – $584,384 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and workflows across Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production
• Supervise budgeting and resource allocation for post-production needs

• Ensure filmmakers’ needs are met regarding content security and timely deliverables
