Ardent Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative based in Philadelphia, is seeking an EVP/Chief Lending Officer to lead and expand its lending division. Reporting to the CEO, the EVP will drive strategies across consumer, mortgage, commercial, and business lending while partnering with the Board and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree desired.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible executive lending leadership within a financial institution.
• Significant experience in consumer, mortgage, indirect, commercial, and business lending.
• Experience leading lending operations in a financial institution with assets exceeding $1 billion.

Responsabilités

• Oversee consumer, mortgage, home equity, business lending, and commercial real estate lending.
• Manage loan servicing, collections, and business banking operations.
• Participate in enterprise-wide strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and organizational development.
• Lead initiatives to expand business banking relationships and treasury management partnerships.
• Promote automation and digital lending initiatives; enhance loan origination systems to improve efficiency and member experience.
