Job summary

Evo’s summer internship equips recent graduates with practical sales skills by having you conduct outside, face-to-face outreach to homeowners, present service options, and own the entire sales cycle.

This seasonal program runs May 7–August 11, 2027, in person in Pomona, CA, with relocation assistance, equipment provided, ongoing coaching from a sales trainer, and team incentives throughout the summer.

Responsibilities

Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
