Job summary

The Evo summer internship empowers new graduates to build core sales skills through hands-on field experience, coaching, and real client interaction. You will open conversations with homeowners, present options, and manage the full sales cycle this season.

Relocation assistance is provided, with equipment incl. iPad and full training from a dedicated sales trainer; internships run May 7 – August 11, 2027, with monthly compensation between $3,000 and $5,000 plus incentives.

We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
