Job summary

Evo’s summer internship is built to close the gap between classroom learning and real-world sales. You will conduct outside, face-to-face outreach to homeowners, present service options, and own the full sales cycle with training and coaching.

No experience required. Relocation assistance and all tools, including an iPad, are provided. The program runs May 7 to August 11, 2027, in-person, with monthly pay from $3,000 to $5,000.

Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
