Job summary

RTX, based in East Hartford, CT, is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to support Military Engines Programs. You will provide guidance in Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis using EVMS methods.

The role focuses on the F135 program, offering analysis and recommendations, EVMS compliance, and data-driven reporting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or an advanced degree with 3+ years, strong Excel skills, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.
• Excel proficiency with 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation.
• Compile compliant IPMDAR reports approved by the Program Manager and provide to the external customer.
• Actively support monthly and annual EAC reviews.
• Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Reviews).
• Maintain high quality deliverables with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
