Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or Schedule Analysis and Program Control.
• Experience developing and evaluating EVM and schedule metrics over a DoD program lifecycle.
• Experience with EVM and Schedule analysis tools such as wInsight.
• Experience collecting and analyzing EVM and schedule data.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance assessments and advise government stakeholders to improve program outcomes.
• Analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to assess program health and forecast outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise briefings to senior government leadership.
• Support IBRs (Integrated Baseline Reviews) and EVM training as needed.
