Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects across the United States. You will develop and maintain time-phased schedule and cost baselines, and perform earned value management for a portfolio of projects.

You will collect and analyze monthly data, identify variances, and communicate findings to project teams and management while ensuring adherence to internal procedures and safety protocols. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years related experience; equivalent experience considered.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience managing construction projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased schedules and cost baselines.
• Analyzes monthly schedule and cost data; identifies variances.
• Produces earned value and financial reports for multiple projects.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and safety protocols.
