Job summary

Kaweah Health is seeking a part-time RN Clinical Practice Specialist for the CVICCU 5 Tower in Visalia, CA. The CPS advances evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, patient safety, and clinical excellence across the service line.

The role requires California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and five years of progressive clinical experience with demonstrated leadership in improvement initiatives. Collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, informatics, and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in California.
• BLS and ACLS required; CCRN or PCCN preferred.
• Minimum five years progressive clinical experience; demonstrates leadership in practice change.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence-based practice and clinical standardization across the area service line.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to implement clinical protocols and order sets.
• Facilitate performance improvement projects and staff education.
• Develop and sustain clinical practice changes using PDSA cycles and governance structures.
