Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed/Certification Required: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, CCRN from AACN.
• Education Required: BSN; MSN preferred.
• Experience Required: Minimum five years clinical experience; leading EBP, quality improvement, or clinical practice initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of evidence-based practices across the area service line.
• Uses improvement methods to design, implement, evaluate, and sustain clinical improvement initiatives.
• Partners with Unit-Based Councils to identify improvement opportunities and guide PDSA cycles.
• Collaborates on electronic health record workflows and order-set development with informatics and clinicians.
• Analyzes quality and patient safety data to address gaps and improve outcomes.
