Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Play Therapy, or related field.
• Appropriate licensure or eligibility to practice (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, and/or RPT or RPT-S preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience with children and families; play therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate play therapy sessions with children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide parent coaching and family involvement to support goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation in EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
