Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Michigan. The role supports a national hybrid care model serving 175,000+ clients with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan
• Minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident with modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate in a clinical community
• Specialty Population subject to client demand
• Specialties preferred: child/adolescent and/or play therapy expertise

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Coordinate with teams to deliver telehealth and in-person sessions
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively
• Contribute to a supportive clinical community
