Complete Care is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

This part-time night role covers every other weekend (12am–8am) in Voorhees Township, NJ, requires an active NJ RN license and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Experience in long-term care or subacute preferred but not required.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
