Suncrest Hospice in California is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered care team. You will provide hospice nursing visits to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals, delivering symptom management and compassionate support.
Applicants must hold an active RN license in good standing, be able to travel within the service area, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage documentation and admissions during weekend shifts.

The Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing care and services for a group of hospice patients, and visiting patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
As an RN, you will complete hospice admissions and patient visits as needed. Applicants must have great clinical and communication skills. The Weekend RN is responsible for answering calls from patients, families and customers. The RN will make nursing visits for symptom management, deaths, and admissions as needed. This RN position must also be passionate about hospice care and be a great advocate for both hospice services and Suncrest Hospice.
