Job summary

JW Affinity IT in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer to design, implement, and support district LAN/WAN, wireless, internet, and security services across a large multi-site environment. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, capacity planning, upgrades and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure network operations.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and monitoring.
• Experience with configuration standards, automation, and incident resolution.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours changes; CCNP or equivalent preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
