UM23 Bowie State University (BSU) is seeking a full-time Events & Venue Booking Manager to be the primary contact for external clients and organizations. This role involves developing revenue strategies, booking events, and ensuring compliance with university standards.

Events & Venue Booking Manager – Primary point of contact for external clients, artists, promoters, and organizations seeking to utilize Bowie State University’s venues. Works closely with campus partners to ensure events align with the university’s mission and deliver a high-quality experience for audiences and guests.
Reports to: Director of Conference & Event Services. This full‑time, in‑person role may require additional hours, including nights and weekends.
