Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, event management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant event/trade show experience preferred.
• Ability to present Ivoclar with tact to diverse audiences.
• Good multi-tasking and strict deadline discipline.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional, state, national, and industry shows and events.
• Manage logistics including registration, shipping, booth setup/teardown, travel, and lodging.
• Maintain event timelines, plans, and communications schedules.
• Provide onsite support and post-event wrap-up activities.
• Support virtual and hybrid events and digital show programs.
• Maintain inventory of booth assets and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate exhibit material shipping, tracking, and returns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive campaigns and attendee engagement.
• Communicate event expectations and schedules to team members.
