Responsibilities

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment.
• Prepare and reset venues for meetings, athletics, ceremonies, and special events.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies across campus and reconfigure offices as needed.
• Complete post-event cleanup and support the janitorial team during peak times.
• Communicate professionally with staff, students, and guests, and respond quickly to work orders.

Schedule: Flexible, based on events and operational needs

Pay: $17.00-$18.00

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment
• Prepare and reset venues for meetings, athletics, ceremonies, and special events
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies across campus and reconfigure offices as needed
• Complete post-event cleanup and support the janitorial team during peak times
• Communicate professionally with staff, students, and guests, and respond quickly to work orders

What You Bring

• Experience in moving services, janitorial work, events, or facilities (preferred, not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events
