Job summary

Paducah Sports Park in Paducah, KY, is seeking an Events Team Member to greet guests and deliver outstanding service during events.

As part of the Events department, you will set up and break down equipment, support game operations, enforce safety rules, and collaborate with staff to ensure memorable experiences for visitors and teams. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with flexible hours and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate event procedures and programs.
• Liaise between venue and guests.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Clean and organize designated public areas.
• Set up and breakdown equipment: sound systems, scoreboards, fields, parking, signs, offices, locker rooms, restrooms.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash properly.
• Collaborate with coworkers and park visitors.
• Follow all Safety Procedures and enforce guidelines.
• Identify risk management opportunities and conduct safety inspections.
• Adhere to facility and SFM policies and local health and safety laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
