Oak View Group, the venue partner for Jungle Island in Miami, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage inquiries and coordinate birthday parties and events. The role supports sales and events operations with a Tuesday–Friday schedule, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, at an hourly rate of $25.00.

The position emphasizes prompt communication, proposal and contract preparation, and meticulous records management, with benefits for part-time roles and an open status through 12/31/2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in sales coordination, event coordination, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales leads and inquiries.
• Communicate with prospective guests by phone, email, and other channels.
• Gather event details to develop appropriate proposals.
• Follow up with clients to aid sales conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and events.
