Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, event planning, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort with Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Zoom.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client consultation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary client contact and build strong client relationships.
• Consult with clients to determine goals, needs, budget, and objectives.
• Lead, guide, and consult clients under the Program Manager's leadership.
• Coordinate site inspection planning and ancillary meeting management.
• Support program logistics, travel, and on-site staff information.
• Prepare documentation for planning calls and debriefs; maintain SharePoint folders.
• Process contracts, invoices, expenses, and ensure budgeting accuracy.
