Job summary

IG Consulting is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex technical initiatives from strategy through delivery in a hybrid setting (Dunwoody, GA: 4 days in office, Fridays remote).

The role requires structuring ambiguity, coordinating multiple workstreams, and collaborating with sales, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes. Strong communication and executive facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading large technical programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members.
• Proven client-facing experience managing delivery, stakeholder relationships, and account growth.
• Strong financial, budget, and contract management experience.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Ability to coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate across sales, solutions, architecture, engineering, operations, and delivery teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for execution.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and decision-making.
• Manage dependencies and drive projects to completion.
