Project Overview
- As Client expands into new markets (like Atlanta), we need to track, manage and prepare for large events (concerts, protests, sporting events, etc) that are in territory in order to mitigate risk and improve rider experience
Overall Responsibilities
- Manage client operational process for supporting large events across multiple markets
Top Daily Responsibilities
- Manage weekly event review process for designated market
- Identify highly attended, recurring and/or disruptive large events in client markets; seeking trends and patterns of previous events
- Collaborate across teams to develop mitigation strategies for events
- Create detailed plans based on event type
- Optimize event management process for scale
- Manage retrospectives

Competitive Salary: Approximately $1680,000 annually, based on a $68 per hour rate.
