Icicle Creek Center for the Arts produces unforgettable arts and education experiences, welcoming a diverse mix of world-class and regional talent from all artistic disciplines to our 13-acre campus in Leavenworth, WA. Three gorgeous performance venues and rehearsal spaces are busy throughout the year, creating an awe-inspiring home for concert series, classical music, dance, live theatre, film screenings, educational camps and artist residencies.
TheEvents & Patron Services Coordinatorprovidesessential support in coordinating and executing all events and programs at Icicle Creek Center for the Arts. This position works in collaboration with the ICCA team, patrons and external colleagues to ensure event expectations are met or exceeded and that ICCA’s mission is advanced. This role coordinates our volunteer program and is the point of contact for patrons for all ticketing matters. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, a great communicator, a team player, physically fit to move around our large campus and is comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic arts organization.

Compensation:$23 - $26/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities
Events Coordination50%
- Manage events (performance, education, fundraising & donor appreciation)
- Provide artists with hospitality while on-site
- Schedule staff and volunteers for events
- Work with event staff and perform set up and cleanup for ICCA events
- Coordinate effective systems for recycling, composting & trash collection at events
- Support after action reviews and surveys about events
Concessions & Inventory: 10%
- Maintain inventory of our concessions
- Organize concessions & resources in venues on ICCA campus
- Manage the point of sale systems (tickets & concessions)
- Oversee cash tally at the end of events
- Support the design & implementation of the volunteer program
Customer Service 20%
- Over the phone, via email, and in-person at events and community functions
- Report ticket sales progress to the Programming Director
- Work within our Customer Relationship Management Software
- Assist Programming Director with outside rental coordination
Artist Hospitality 5%
- Support the Programming Director in;
- Coordinating and conducting Artist’s visits to schools.
Organizational Support 5%
- Attend weekly ICCA team meetings to ensure event/program goals are met
- Support grass-roots event marketing (word-of-mouth, social media) efforts
- Support transitioning venues between seasonal uses
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

- Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed
- Ability to walk the campus unassisted, climb steps to the performance stages, as well as sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 35 - 50 lbs.
- Maintain current Food Handlers Permit and current Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) license.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- Experience with a CRM or donor management software.(PatronManager in particular)
- Experience withMonday.com , Word Press and Square Space
- Spanish speaking is a plus
