Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage special events, performances, symposia, conferences, and exhibitions to create an optimal attendee experience.
• Produce and publish digital and print content across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with Yale facilities, custodial, AV, and external vendors to maintain an inviting event space.
• Develop and manage event budgets, forecast expenditures, and reconcile charges.
• Identify opportunities to improve event-related workflows, software, and tools.
• May develop press releases and marketing plans to enhance visibility and participation.
• Negotiate contracts/letters of agreement for all activities and ensure proper execution.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
