Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team, representing our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows across the state.

You will earn base pay of $15 per hour with additional commissions, $40 per demo, and mileage reimbursement at $0.67 per mile. Availability includes weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening hours, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are required.
• Sales-minded with experience in lead generation/appointment writing is a plus.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and available to work on both weekdays and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to event locations; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Job description

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join ourevent marketing sales team, both weekday and weekend shifts available. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earningcommission in addition to base pay.

You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.
