Job description

BUILD THE PLAN:

• Own the annual events calendar and decide where to show up based on ROI analysis of target accounts and costs.
• Find creative angles like side events, partner co-hosts, and speaking slots to maximize impact without the biggest booth.

RUN CONFERENCES:

• Manage all logistics from contracts to teardown, incuding booth, swag, shipping, and travel.
• Work with sales on target account lists and pre-booked meetings to ensure reps have full calendars.

HOST DINNERS AND SMALL-FORMAT EVENTS:

• Plan executive dinners and roundtables with data-driven guest lists to invite the right people.
• Make every dinner feel personal and worth the evening for attendees.

OWN OUR WEBINAR PROGRAM:

• Produce a regular cadence of webinars and panels with partners and industry voices.
• Turn every webinar into content like clips, posts, and nurture emails.
