Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in event marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, data analytics, or relevant field.
• Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
• Demonstrated success in event marketing and/or project management.
• Experience providing qualitative and quantitative analysis to key stakeholders and help drive adoption of insights.
• Good analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
• A willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, production and execution of events.
• Pre-event discovery and planning, event support and promotion.
• Printing and shipping, budget management, staffing.
• Social media scheduling and reporting.
• Post-event survey and reporting; data analysis to improve content and promotion.
• Research markets, industries, competitors, products and campaigns.
• Lead pre-event planning meetings and prepare planning presentations.
• Distribute regular pre-event status reports and post-event trip reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams, PR, upper management, and field evangelists to achieve business goals via event marketing.
• Oversee purchasing, packing and distribution of event supplies.
