EliseAI in New York is seeking an Events Manager to plan, execute, and optimize industry, hosted, and client events. You will drive budgets, collaborate with sales and marketing, and ensure events align with business goals and brand standards.

You will manage onsite and virtual experiences, negotiate sponsorships, and lead a team to build strong customer relationships while advancing demand generation initiatives and thought leadership in the industry.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end event management experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Excellent project management with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data to forecast impact, ROI, and program effectiveness.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel for attendee tracking and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Experience in a fast-growing, transparent, collaborative culture.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support industry, hosted, and client events from start to finish.
• Oversee onsite and remote event setup, ensuring flawless logistics.
• Liaise with vendors and negotiate sponsorship deals.
• Research industry events and propose opportunities aligned with goals.
• Develop budgets and event marketing plans within approved scopes.
• Lead onsite teams to build long-term customer relationships and sales alignment.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams for collateral and booth design.
• Engage with PR and think tanks to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
