Yellowstone Club Community Foundation is seeking an Events Manager to lead planning and execution of donor stewardship, fundraising, educational, and member engagement events in Big Sky, Montana. You will serve as the primary liaison with the Yellowstone Club Events team, manage budgets, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver high-touch experiences aligned with the Foundation's mission.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, nonprofit management, business, or related field.
• Three or more years of professional event planning and management experience.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, donors, and VIP guests.
• Strong project management, vendor management, budgeting, and relationship-building skills.
• Discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail in high-touch settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of YCCF's events across donor stewardship, fundraising, education, and member engagement.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, run-of-show, production schedules, staffing plans, and checklists.
• Coordinate logistics: venues, catering, entertainment, transportation, décor, AV, signage, registration, and guest experience.
• Source, negotiate with and manage outside vendors and partners.
• Lead on-site execution, troubleshooting, and post-event debriefs to assess outcomes and learnings.
