Overview

EVENTS MANAGER (FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON) – Location: New York City. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Languages: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $24.00/hr. This range is provided by Platinum Coastal Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and execute marketing events and activations
• Manage all event logistics: materials, vendors, locations, timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support
• Supervise set-up and breakdown at event sites
• Track inventory and deliveries from warehouse to field
• Report on market trends and competitor activity

• Highly organized and great with time management
• Confident leading teams and working on-site
• Excellent communication skills

• Able to travel daily within NYC
