Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Lead, motivate, and direct banquet team while maintaining standards of quality.
• Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events.
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding menus and service details.
• Assist with food and beverage delivery and support servers during peak periods.
• Train team members on plated and reception-style service (training provided).
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively monitor service quality.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and clean-up.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized service areas.
